We have a Solaris 5.10 system on which BOXI3.1 SP5 system was installed. After this, we had installed SAP IK for SP5. The installation completed successfully. However, due to some problems in this new environment, we had to move to BOXI3.1 SP6.3 environment. We hence, uninstalled SAP IK for SP5 and after upgrading to XI3.1 SP6.3 env, installed SAP IK for SP6. This installation as well got completed successfully as shown below -
However, when I run AddOrRemoveProducts.sh script, I get the below output -
The SAP IK version for SP5 still shows up at the same place. I uninstalled this 3rd Item and and re-installed SAP IK for SP6 but it still shows SAP IK version to be of SP5.
I get an error when ever I run BW based reports stating - failed: A database error occured. The database error text is: A runtime exception has occurred. (License key check failed. Check that you are licensed to access SAP data sources). (WIS 10901) (FBE60502).
Request assistance in resolving this issue.
