Raw material consumption report

Hello experts,

We need a report for point 4 & 5 of the below screenshot.

Is there any standard report available?

Our process is like we are doing manufacturing as well as outsourcing the entire FG (i.e.sub contractor will manufacture and despatch directly from his site to the customer).

For in house manufacturing we can manage with COOIS(If no standard report available) but for Outsourcing we need a report in the above format.
