I am also getting the same error
Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'REP01:6400'. The CMS on machine 'rep01' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)
On checking logs found the below information
33007 SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database "QTRNFT". Reason: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified 35101
The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database "QTRNFT".
But I am able to get in database by using sql client.
Can anyone help..
