Check whether you have authorization to go SCC4. If your able to access SCC4.then double click on your client : changes and transport for client-specific Objects ;no changes allowed. if this options is selected we can't do modifications in production system basis team will take care of this .if you’re not able to access SCC4 then you have to get approval.
