If the database is been updated 10% of the total size that means auditing is working fine.
Check whether all Audit tables are empty of some of them are updated?
What is the Auditing level set in CMC? set it to complete?
Choose all the Auditing events for auditing?
See if the auditing folder is empty or it is getting updated with new audit files?
The Audit database is updated every five minutes so you need to wait for a while whenever user activities are completed.
