Error message in Custom UWL Connector code

Hello SCN Team,

I am getting the below error while iam executing the Custom UWL Connector Code. Can anyone help me how to solve the below errors.

Also could you let me know how to print the error / display messages in Custom UWL Connector Code.

Error1: Cannot Save item with Subject Hello1

Error2: Item with external id:<13> and system Id:<SAP_SOURCE>: Item Type not set for the item
