how to use if condition in query designer

Hi Sapient's

Can some one help me to achieve the below requirement.

I've sales order number , order status in the rows. I need to create a keyfigure called status value (100/0) if the order status is delivdered then it should be 100. if undelivered status value should become 0.

Can I fulful this by using condition? can some one clearly explain.
