You have to check the database log
how much ram you have assigned to instance while installation it shows your actual ram and instance
ram some the abap import error come due to less instance ram
you have check following logs
check database log it show what it writes where it stop from what time it stopped
CommandLineName='C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW731\SYB\COPY\SYSTEM\STD\AS-JAVA\java_import.log
