Hello Ravinder,
From the error log it seems that SOAP channel is not able to connect to the Receiver System. Please check the following status:
1. Is Ping Channel log green
2. Are you able to launch the receiver URL from IE
3. Firewall is opened for connection between PI and 3rd party.
