Distribute header condition value in PO

Hi,

I have a requirement .

My client sent external processing services to a service vendor. Each  PO is a defined value - independent of the quantity of items and number of PO lines. I want this defined value to be automatically distributed to the  PO line item quantities. .

PO defined value is 100 .

first PO text  line item  qty  =  5

second PO text line item qty = 10. 

i want the predefined value (100) to be distributed to the line PO lines automatically

first PO line  condition value as 33.33

second PO line condition value as 66.67 .

Now I have PB00 condition type and it is forcing me to enter some value . I entered .01 as condition type value to minimise the impact but when qty is bigger it is creating variance from the predefined value for the services .

In this scenario I dont want PB00 or I want the predefined value of PO to be distributed as item condition value.

Please help with your knowledge
