Use some abap code and delete that record.
Use proper conditions to delete particular record only.
Take abap expert help.
Other wise, if your transformations are standard one, then try to find it from business content and install related source/target objects.
Check dev system is those transforamtions are exist or not. if exist then retransport whole data flow of that transformations to Qua.
