Here the steps to find the number of rule groups available for particular transformations or ALL.

Goto SE16. Provide below table

RSTRANGROUPT

Langu EN = EN

OBJVERS = A

Execute

Here you can see only TRANSFORMATION which is having multiple RULE GROUPs.
