This is not to discourage you, the field of SAP HCM is not welcoming SAP HCM certified freshers with open arms rather they prefer experienced people. Not only that with the acquisition of Successfactors (a cloud based application) by SAP will be replacing the SAP HCM suit. So at this point in time I would personally suggest not to invest such a huge amount. (Though I'm not against SAP HCM certification 
)
To give some encouraging words, I would suggest you to go for Successfactors cloud training and certification which is now open for Independent Participants to get trained and certified and you will be in better position to land the job.
