Maintenance event builder (MEB)

I am new to this area

Could any one help me in having the Business process document for Maintenance event builder end to end.

On SAP SCN it is very cumbersome to understand.

Please provide business process document or "PLM 322 PDF Capacity scheduling "if possible to understand and to implement on a short notice.
