Hello Rohit,
Before sending the message it could be a good idea to re-activate the blocked queues. So, in the sending message you will have just the queue with a serious particularly issue.
To reactivate the queue automatically create a background job with program RSQOWKEX (if you use outbound queue) or RSQIWKEX (inbound queue).
