Hi,
Change history stored normally in change history tables. CGPOS and CDHDR tables.
For campaign, you can login to the business role MARKETINGPRO in SAP CRM system.
Open the campaign and look at the Change Documents assignment block. It gives the detailed information about the changes done on campaign.
If you are not able to view the assignment block then add it from the personalization settings.
