Finally it worked. Here is what I did. I have used the modules in Receiver SOAP side. Only difference I have made the SI No 4 (from Williams ex) (Interface Pattern as Stateless (XI30) ,point to Point Check box is enabled. That way interface will trigger the second ICO.

Steps are below.

1. SI_Out_Async( Sap Proxy)

2. SI_In_Sync( WS)

3. SI_Out_Async(Contains external (WS) response message) , Interface pattern should be Stateless (XI30-Compatible) and point to point enables.

4. SI_In_response_Async (Final taget message, mapped to file)

and put the SI_Out_Async details in the SOAP receiver module.  3rd point makes the difference.
