Molga 08 is indead for Great Britain - not just England. So, Scottish legislation is included there by SAP.
Scottland does have some specialities, but you have to see this like Ontario vs Nova Scotia. Not like France vs Italy.
Whether this can stay so with the further devolution of powers from British to Scottish parliament, remains to be seen.
