Dear Expert,
I have the following scenario:
Employee A terminated on 31.01.2015 but HR would like to withold their salary for january and pay the employee only in february.
employment status is 0.
Can I know what is the proposed solution?
I try with the following options but didnt manage to get the solution:
a) lock the IT3 for january payroll, and unlock the employee in february and run the employee in February, but payroll pick up the employee's salary in both january and february.
b) amend IT3 Do not account after to 31.01.2015. However, when I do that, this employee was not picked up in february.
Ideally, the employee should be picked up in february process his january payroll only.
Can I know what is the best practice for this kind of scenario?
