Unable to delete node C:/Program Files/sapinst_instdir/BS2013/BS2013SR1/ERP607SR1/SYB/INSTALL/STD/ABAP/sapinst_dev.log with type file: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Make sure the user with which you are performing the installation has full rights on Software Dump and C-drive.
After setting the permissions, just do a restart and try(continue with old installation).
