First of all, thanks for your inputs. Felt good to see that there are others reacting the same way as I do. 
Even my team mates have this approval issue. Not sure how to resolve it. Atleast in this case, your problem is my problem coz I am losing votes. I will see what I can do. I will keep you updated.
If I can get more inputs from our guys, then I can even refer this community page in my idea. That would make it more stronger.
Coz, in most of the cases, the thing is we wont feel like we are missing it till we actually lose it.
