If you take your OrgModeler SCA file and open up the contents using a compression/ZIP utility like 7-ZIP, you can see the files.
OrgModeler0930012500SCA.sca\DEPLOYARCHIVES\OrgModeler0930012500SDA.sda\OrgModeler.war\.system\application\Documentation\en\OrgModeler_VSN43_Admin_En.pdf
Documentation PDFs are installed to the OrgModeler\root\Documentation directory when you install the application.
