How do I look up the IP (or hostname) associated with an outbound RFC call?

I can see the RFC call in the ABAP code.

I can find the RFC information using SM59, but it is only pointing me to the SAP machine I am currently on, not where the call is taking me.

rfc destination: XXXX

Connection type = T

Registered Server Program: Program ID: XXXX

Start type: Default Gateway Value

Gateway Host:  this machine

gateway service:  sapgw00

Connect test is successful.

I tried using SMGW, but there is nothing there that obviously corresponds.  I was hoping that doing a connection test might show a timestamp update for one of the entries here, but this did not correlate.

How do I correlate the information I see in SM59 with the information I see in SMGW?

I was not the one to register this program, but I am concluding that this went through a program registration process.

I don't have basis level access on any unix machine (not even test), so I can not set up a test connection of my own, to study what is happening.

Maybe there is a file on the unix side, that I have read permission for, that is associated with the registration?

Would the host information, be in the registration, or would it be in a table within the SAP application?

It is NOT talking to another SAP, it is talking to a shop floor system.
