I was thinking of something similar ... dbrepdef with a 'not tables in()' construct, but when testing this scenario (RS 15.7.1 SP203) I found the 30013/CmdsNoRepdef was incremented (not the 30023/SREstmtDiscard counter as the OP has mentoined) ... ??
