IDM 8.0 upgrade turns everything into read only

Hi, all

We have completed the IDM 8.0 upgrade in our sandbox from 7.2. I noticed that everything turns into read only in the Eclipse IDM studio. The user I am logging onto(000230949 and si7_adminuser) are both developer admin and have full ownership of the package under the identity store.

However, I cannot edit anything inside the package. Also, I cannot read or modify any repository objects. So I guess the upgrade is a total failure even though I got no error! By the way, the IDM UI WebAS interface is up and running. I haven't tried to assign any role yet as I need to modify something in the repository.
