Hello, the best way to get the service packs is to use the NEW Crystal Reports patch portal. The service packs do not seem to be available in the service portal any more and the previous Business Objects Portal was taken down.
Seems like SAP has just moved that public download portal here: https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/patch_download/main_public.htm
You can search just like before and find your patches. So if you already have a valid install this is where you get the updates.
