at Dev system try to do below steps.
1. Add required info object thru remodeling or direct edit mode.
2.Save and activate cube.
3. Try create a transformations and do the mappings for newly added field.
4. implement routine or formula as per needs to fill added field.
5. Later, do the syntax check of routine/formula,save and activate transformations.
6. Load test data and see the results.
What you tried thru export data source?
