Can We Post Financial Transaction Using DIAPI Using B1 Addon Access License

Dear All,

I have a requirement where from a third party application i have to post the Sales ,Purchase ,Finance Documents into SAP B1 9.0 .

Documents Like Sales Order,Delivery Invoice,Incoming Payment ,Journals etc.

Can this be done from DIAPI Using B1 Addon Access License rather using any Professional License .

Please suggest if this can be done or we need a professional license for posting this transactions from third party using DIAPI.
