Not sure whether this FM works for Project stock or not but just re-ensure if following prerequisites are met.
The stock transfer posting is only performed after the related notification is saved. For this, the function module "QMLR_CRAETE_INSP_LOT_STEP2" must be entered as 'FM when saving' in Customizing for the action box.
