I think we are having this same problem. I go to OBA3. There is an entry there for the co code 1234 with the tolerance group name 1234. If I make a new entry to OBA3 to company code 1234 and the tolerance group left as 'blank', it works?
Does anyone know the difference? I have been asked this question and do not really know.
Do you have to have two entries in OBA3 for each co code. One with a tolerance group and one without a tolerance group?
