I'm currently working on a PoC installing ChaRM with Retrofit and potentially including BPCA, and some non-SAP system tracking as well. We did a PoC 4 years ago with ChaRM on SLM 7.1 SP01, so we have a lot of people with a bad taste in their mouth. I was wondering if any larger SAP customers are utilizing ChaRM with Retrofit / BPCA on a similar landscape to see what issues we may face, things that are being handled well, etc.
We are looking at moving to a 4 system landscape, with a Production Fix environment that would require retrofits when we are moving an upgrade through the DEV -> PRD landscape.
DEV -> QA -> PP -> PRD <-PF
