Primary Key information without having the DB access thru Receiver JDBC Channel

Hello Experts,

Could you please help me regarding below my query.

In Production Support, I don’t have the DB access and message is failed with unique constraint issue in Java Stack . Here PI is trying to inserting 100’s of records to DB, Hence I could not  able to find out the duplicate value in payload.

My question is, is there any way to find out the Primary Key information without having the DB access thru Receiver JDBC Channel ? if so please address me.
