If employee has quota of 5 days, he cannot apply for 6 days of leave.
However if his quota for 1 year is 5 days and he consume all 5 days in Jan and then quit in Feb, system needs to calculate the overconsumed leave (eg: 4.5 days) and clawback the amount from the staff. My issue now is how can system calculate the overconsumed leave of 4.5days for payroll to pick up and deduct the amount accordingly.
Current practice is that, the 4.5 days was calculated manually in excel, convert the 4.5days from annual leave to NPL in IT2001, then payroll schema picks up in R015 for deduction. But such manipulation of data does not seem correct.
