I am working on implementing ABC Cycle Counting for a plant using Inventory Management (IM). We have a process that creates new material SLOC's as needed when materials are being placed into storage bins. We are running into a problem that when the new material/SLOC is created it has a blank count date. SAP is reading this as not counted and the material/SLOC is showing up on MICN with a planned count date in the past (based on ABC date logic). As this material was counted when it was placed into the new SLOC, we don't want to count it again until it comes up based on the ABC date logic in the future.
My question is how do I "Set IM Last Count Date to Create Date for new SLOCs" ?
