I have a SOAP (connect third party) - PI - ABAP Proxy ( connect SAP system) synchronous scenario and would like to use HTTPS on both side. We have already enabled/set up HTTPS in PI and SAP side. However, we are not sure how to generate/store keys. Is there anybody can share the experience?
We are on PI 7.3. On Soap sender channel, I have selected to use "Web Services Security". In sender agreement, for Request I would like to use "Validate" option ( no decrypt). What should I put in "Issuer" and "Subject"? For Response, I would like to use "Sign and Encrypt", What should I put in Keystore view nad Keystore Entry? For Soap Sender channel, which side (third party or PI) has to generate the key?
On XI adapter receiver side, if I select "HTTPS", what should I put in "SSL Client Certificate"? in Receiver Agreement, the same question, the key should be generated in PI side or SAP side?
