finally i have solved the problem by deleting from table TBATG the line wich contain tabname=RSLTIPT :
OBJECT;TABNAME;INDNAME;TGORDER;FCT;EXECMODE;SEVERITY;GDATE;GUSER
INDX;RSLTIPT;010;0;CRE;I;E;20150925;DDIC
After that i have repeat the phase with INIT checked and the error diapered.
