Hi Mahesh,
Try the following things, it may be of some help.
1. Check Cache Refresh for the Mapping object...Date time stamp of the cache refresh
2. If required do complete or delta cache refresh.
3. Do the system restart as suggested earlier.
4. Check Adapter Engine or Communication channel for any errors and if required do the restart of the channels
5. use XPI inspector Example 1 (CPA Cache) related to Cache refresh and troubleshoot.
