Follow these steps to change the font color for logoff link and logoff container.
Go to : Content Administration--Portal Display---Theme Editor--Choose your theme and Ajax frame work page---Link and Text Buttons-Font color
Here you can change the font color text buttons(logoff button) and you can set hover and down images or background color for hyper link container.
