From LBWE, maintenance screen you may find all base tables(MCxxxx) of your LO Data source.
From data source base tables you can find some common fields, like sales doc number or mater number or some thing will be common between source tables. based on that you can see the data at table which have changed/created date.
Thru that you can find the records which are carted/changed between those dates form tables and reload them.
