Rather than maintaining the entries separately in ECC and CRM systems, You can maintain the required entries in ECC and use the object DNL_CUST_TAX in CRM to load the data from ECC to CRM. Doing so, will avoid any incosistencies that may have got introduced during manual maintainance.
