FRL is used for sub-contracting material.
1. If you do not need overhead costs for subcontracted materials then please switch off 'Overhead on Subcontracted Materials' in your valuation variant in costing variant
2. If you need to determine overhead costs for subcontracted materials then you have to create cost element for this account.
