Thanks for your response.

If the logged in user is not the approver for task he doesn't even get link in QA itself.

Below are the steps I followed to create approval process

1. Creation of Custom BO

2. Creation of Approval Process

3. Creation of screens (selected screens with OBN)

4. Assigning approval screens to custom view

5. Deploy business configuration

6.Create copy of default approval process and edit validity

Did I miss anything?
