Hi Vertika,
1) Once availability plan for one channel is created. Its not giving option to edit.
- Open this link http://host:port/mdt/channelmonitorservlet
- Then Availability time planning
- Then you get a list of channels select the channel and you can see you have an option 'change'.
2) There is nothing showing up in the availability times tab.
3) There is nothing showing up in Schedule tab.
Is it 'Active' and 'Automatic Control' enabled ?
I have to provide availability for every Wednesday, Thursday and friday 5-7 PM, which pattern I should select and what all are steps.
