Hi Hossam,

For subcontracting scenario in Refurbishment process, you don't need to have 2 operations, you can take back damaged piece of component against Breakdown maintenance order.

Below steps will help you to understand process,

1. Receipt of Damaged component against Breakdown Order/Cost Center(Mov Type - 262/202)

2. Create Refurbishment Order & reserve damaged spare in component tab

3. Maintain PM02 operation for Sub-Contracting process, which will create PR with AcctAssCat F-

    Order & maintain Item Cat L-Subcontracting

4. Send Damaged spare to Vendor (MovType - 543 : GI to Sub-contracting Stock)

5. Receipt of repaired spare (MovType - 101)
