LSO Followup Issue

Hi All,

I am facing two issues related to LSO.

1) The participants booked for the course are not displayed in Portal whereas i can see in R/3.

2) When i selecting the Followup option for the completed course on the portal, employees are coming up but can't choose the options present and absent.

Please help me resolve this issue on priority.
