Yes, there will only one activation job running in Background.
But I'm not clear if separate instance of activation job is created for each DTP request or same activation job will process all the DTP request.
If later is the case, then the repetition of the failed activation should consider all the DTP request(which doesn't happen).
Want to understand how the DTP requests are picked from the queue while activation.
