Hi Saini,
Check in MD04, here enter the material code and delivering plant than execute. Here you check that stock is allocated to any other delivery or not. If stock is showing in available quantity than the order quantity should be confirmed.
And also check the schedule line date in the sales order -> item level -> Schedule lines tab, it should be greater than or equal to material availability date.
