Hi Justin,

Your second connection is picking up slightly different information passed in to the username field:

1. 15:13:00 Attempting to connect using:
   UID=support;PWD=********;DBN=micros;DBF=D:\MICROS\Database\Data\micros.db;
2. 15:13:08 Attempting to connect using:
   UID='''support''';PWD=********;DBN=micros;

Notice the appended single quotes around the 'support' username in your second connection attempt.
