Hi Udit,
Ok at first glance that looks like you may simply not have activated the relevant service in SICF. The service name is at the end of the URL that you have redacted in the screenshot.. so I can't tell you which one it is but of course you have the original.
Find the service in transaction SICF, activate it and try again.
