please search for "Font Types Compatible with Forms" in the Help Center on the right side of your System. Here you will get a list of all SAP Fonts. Primarily, Adobe Fonts.
If you want to use some other Fonts, for example Verdana (Microsoft), perform the following steps:
- Open an Incident as a service request
- Upload the License Identification, invoices and payment documents in the Incident
- Upoad the font file to the Incident
- Now SAP can install the font on your SAP system and enable it

Now you can customize your forms and the font of your choice is used. The font is usable for all users and on all Systems.
